Body awareness - an endless journey to yourself
Body awareness is the skill and ability to be aware of your own body, its sensations, movements and needs. It is the ability to listen and understand the body's messages without judging or judging. The ability to stop and listen and become aware of information emerging from the inside.
Exercises that soothe the mind release the body's stress reactions, calm the nervous system and deepen the relationship with your inner self. By doing exercises, you become aware of how you feel, your feelings and, above all, your postures in everyday life. You will learn to correct wrong postures that have been modified during life, back towards the natural state of the body, where life flows and the mind can rest.
