Bondis - a journey to yourself

Mä olen Sonja Bondarenko. Seikkailija, elämän rakastaja. Kauniiden hetkien huomaaja. Äänimaljahoitaja, kirjoitusharjoitusten ohjaaja, markkinoinnin vahva ammattilainen, meditaatio - ja yoganidraohjaaja, pian valmistuva kehotietoisuusohjaaja, unelmiaan toteuttava, tavoitteita kohti kulkeva yrittäjä. Kolmen lapsen äiti, kymmenen sisaruksen isosisko, tyttöystävä, ystävä. Mä olen herkkä ja samaan aikaan vahva. Elämä ei ole antanut mulle helpointa polkua alkuun, mutta se on ollut polku, joka on kasvattanut ja opettanut. Polku, joka on näyttänyt elämän raadollisuuden, kauneuden ja syvyyden. Saanut arvostamaan tätä hetkeä, ja huomaamaan hyvän.

I have always loved writing and discovered its enormous power in my own life at a young age. I have found comfort in the words rising from within in difficult moments of life, I have written joys and happiness on paper, I have written about hopes and dreams - and I believe that through this I have started not only to understand myself better, but also to move towards everything I dream about. My biggest sources of inspiration for creating Bondis journals have been my two grandmothers; one of them always wrote white papers full of text on summer mornings at the cabin, on the shore of Höytäinen. Morning thoughts, observations about the surroundings. And another time I noticed even the smallest beautiful moments in life. He became aware of the essence of all being, the beauty of life, even if the circumstances were not favorable for it. My own routines have included morning pages and daily writing, ever since I was young, as long as I can remember.

The power of writing as part of taking care of yourself has only become more prominent over the years. I am currently studying to become a body awareness instructor, and working with these themes inspires me enormously.

I wanted to create the world's most beautiful, inspiring journals for my own moments and my own writing practice. Aamusyvuja and Tänää journals have been created to help you on your own inner journey. To clarify your goals, increase gratitude and lead you to the treasures of your innermost, subconscious and your own power. I hope that these journals, as well as the guided writing, presence, meditation and body awareness exercises, will help you stop in yourself and pamper the most important person in your life - yourself. I hope that the content found on this page and the products I create will help you build your own work of art day by day. Everyday life that inspires and excites. Days that hold on. A life you enjoy.
